Art competition Rules and Regulations
Purpose of the competition:
Honoring young Vietnamese talents in Europe
Improve knowledge of Vietnam-UK culture, traditions, and customs, and develop friendly relations between Vietnam and the UK
bring together the Vietnamese communities in Europe
Competition participants:
Vietnamese children and young people living and studying in Europe
2 categories:
Art 1: from 5 to 12 years old (born in 2011->2018)
Art 2: from 13 to 20 years old (born in 2003->2010)
Conditions for participating in the competition:
Contestants will draw on A3 paper directly in London on April 2, 2023, from 9 a.m. to 13 p.m., with the theme "Vietnam - UK friendship," using any and all art techniques.
Contestants will bring their own paper, colours, and drawing tools.
The top ten will present their entries for a maximum of 2 minutes (1 language) or 4 minutes (2 languages) (2 languages).
Entries must be original paintings that have not previously been shown in exhibitions, galleries, or published in publications, books, magazines, or other forms of mass media.
Competitors or guardians are solely responsible for their entries' copyright.
The organisers do not return submitted entries.
Entries become the property of the Organizing Committee.
The organiser reserves the right to use entries for promotional purposes both during and after the competition, as well as to sell entries for charitable purposes.
Prizes
Each category will have one first prize, one second prize, one third prize, and consolation prizes. Prizes include certificates, cash, and gifts.
